A Little Slice of English Heritage!

Mulberry, the luxury British label, whose English heritage resonates throughout their collections, have had a fantastic couple of years: from the creations of the ‘it’ Alexa bag which lead to a double in profits (during a recession!!), to winning Brand of the Year at the British Fashion awards last year, to celebrating their 40th anniversary this year.

Anyway, in light of the focus on British fashion after the recent Royal wedding, I have picked my favourites from Mulberry’s cute Spring Summer collection for you.

Enjoy!

Mulberry edie shirt, in chestnut (left) and light peach (right), £255

Silk blouses are hot property this Spring – everyone is sporting one.

I love these takes on the mini-trend from Mulberry – the colours are classic, the shapes are flattering and the detail on the cuffs adds a nice little detail.

Team them with a chic A-line skirt and heels for a day in the office, or with jeans and summery wedges for some relaxing time off.

Mulberry flowerbed shift dress in powder beige suede, £3,574

This gorgeous dress, in lightweight suede, ticks so many trends.

Team it with just a pair of heels and a cute, simple clutch, for an evening out in the city.

Mulberry d-ring trousers in linen powder beige, £357

These summery linen trousers are not only chic but also are an incredibly comfortable fit (makes a nice change for fashion).

Dress them up with a nude blouse and heels, or down with a t-shirt and brogues.

Mulberry chestnut frill top, £179

A new jumper is essential for Spring – lightweight but warm enough for those colder days, and this season, it has to be in either a bold colour or a softer shade of nude, like this one above.

Mulberry chestnut silk pleat shirt dress, £608

The wisest investment this Spring: a shirt dress.

A shirt dress is extremely easy to wear, can easily be dressed up or down for any occasion, and when autumn comes around again, throw it on with a blazer and tights, and keep going.

Mulberry chestnut polly push lock trench, £1,323

And finally, whilst there are so many cute coats available from Mulberry, this one above is probably my favourite – a flattering shape, a classic cut, a timeless investment!

Happy shopping!
